Trying to Sell our Home

We've been busy getting ready to sell our home. I painted and packed up a lot of stuff and tried to make our home look as staged and ready to sell as possible.



Our house has been on sale for over 21 days (the magic number for appropriate time on the market for sale) so I guess we'll be in for the long haul.



I spent the most time fixing up the staircase to our garage. Since it was so much work, I thought I'd show you what I did.

    I so feel your pain! Where are you guys moving too? We've had our house up for about the same amount of time. It has just been so slow here. I'm thinking we were just meant to be here for a while longer.

    Your stairs look great! Did you lay the carpet yourself? My kids are having a great time tending your mouse brownie.

    What a difference some new carpet and paint make! Projects always take SO LONG at our house, but it's always so great to have it donw.
